About Me

School and Sports have played an important role in influencing my goals and decisions by making me who I am today. Joining the Science Olympiad team in middle and high school has spurred my love of science and my hunger to figure out the unknown which has lead me to decide my major concentration and my choice masters degree. Additionally, the jesuit values embodied by both my high school and Georgetown have guided my thinking to become someone for others.

Sports have driven my will to succeed and love of competition, challengiong me to overcome difficulties. Growing up in a hockey town, the sport of hockey has caused me to become stronger and more determined through the many lessons I learned from the sport and people around me. Rowing, whcih I began in high school has allowed me to meet new people and form a community which I have been in since coming to Georgetown. School and Sports are a driving factor in my life and have influenced many of my choices.
